CEVA Logistics has announced that Arjan Kaaks has been appointed its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The current post holder, Rubin McDougal, is retiring and will remain with the company ? to facilitate a seamless transition to the new CFO over the next few months. ? the company said.
Kaaks joined the company yesterday and reports to CEVA’s CEO, Xavier Urbain.
He was previously with Maxeda DIY Group, a Benelux private equity-owned company focused on the do-it-yourself retail market, where he was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company’s Executive Board.
His prior experience includes occupying the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the O’Neill Group, the sports lifestyle brand and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Grolsch, a brewing company based in the Netherlands.
